Thousand Springs Resort Hot Springs

Geothermal mineral water emerges from an underground spring at about 168°F (76°C) and, after mixing and cooling, is piped into the large swimming pool, the children's pool, and private baths.

The 60 ft × 120 ft swimming pool is maintained at about 94°F (34°C) and features a water slide, two diving boards, a floating log, and a basketball hoop. A shallow 2-foot-deep corner is separated by a barrier, creating a kiddie area for younger children.

There are also 15 hot tubs with adjustable temperatures for private soaking.

Bathing suits are required in all common areas, but optional in the private hot tubs. The pool's mineral water is treated with chlorine.
