Big Medicine Hot Springs - Geothermal Water & Soaking
The water at Big Medicine Hot Springs emerges from the ground at 124°F (51°C) and flows into the 6 ft x 15 ft x 3 ft cement pool. The water temperature is 107°F (42°C) near the source and 105°F (40°C) on the other end of the pool.
There's a changing booth and a toilet on-site, but not much else in terms of amenities. You'll need to bring your own snacks, towels, and bathing suits, as clothing is required here.
The springs operate on an honor system, so bring $5 in cash to drop in the payment box before you soak.
